Pre Care
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 3–5 days before treatment
Stop using retinol / tretinoin / AHA / BHA exfoliants at least 3–5 days prior
Avoid waxing, threading, or bleaching the treatment area 3–7 days before
Do not do laser, strong peels, or scrubs at least 1 week before
Avoid alcohol and intense workouts 24 hours before your session
Keep skin clean and makeup-free on the day of treatment (if facial)
Inform us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have skin allergies
Avoid blood-thinning supplements (e.g. fish oil, vitamin E) 24–48 hours before if applicable
Arrive 5–10 minutes early for consultation and skin assessment
If you have active cold sores, eczema flare-ups, or skin infection, please reschedule
Post Care
Avoid makeup for at least 6–12 hours
Avoid sauna, hot showers, and intense workouts for 24 hours
Use only gentle cleanser + moisturiser for the next 24 hours
Avoid exfoliating acids/retinol for 2–3 days
Apply SPF 50 daily and avoid direct sun exposure
Do not pick or squeeze blackheads/pimples after extraction
Drink more water to support hydration and glow
